Three tiers, all flat-fee: Itinerary Design ($300–$750) delivers a fully researched day-by-day plan — you book everything yourself. Full-Service ($1,500–$3,000) includes the booking: flights, hotels, dinner reservations, transfers, and on-the-ground tickets. Membership ($6k/quarter) is retained quarterly planning for frequent travelers — three or more trips a year, priority turnaround, no per-trip redesign charges. How long does it take to get my itinerary?

Itinerary Design: 5–7 business days from intake to first draft. Full-Service: 7–10 days — booking logistics across time zones add time. Membership clients get priority turnaround. We recommend reaching out 6–8 weeks before departure so there is room to iterate before anything gets locked in.

How do revisions work?

Every tier includes a revision round. If the pacing is off or the anchors do not match how you travel, we rework it before anything gets booked. If your dates shift, the design fee carries forward for up to 12 months at no additional design charge. Supplier bookings follow each supplier's own cancellation policy — we help re-coordinate but cannot override an airline or hotel's terms.

How detailed are the sample itineraries?
